The Rauch name is a tradition in Real Estate brokerage in South Florida with deep roots in the local industry dating back to 1967 when Wayne L. Rauch began in the real estate business under the name of Stockton, Whatley, Davin & Co., one of the largest mortgage banking, real estate and insurance firms in the Southeast, and subsequently started his own firm as Rauch, Weaver, Millsaps & Co in 1972.
Wayne’s son, Randy Rauch, a South Florida native, has carried on this tradition for 40-years with his real estate career starting in 1978 at Watson Realty Corporation, Jacksonville Florida’s largest residential real estate company where during his tenure, he accomplished the largest single-family sale at the time in his office. Thereafter, Mr. Rauch had a 30-year affiliation with both Rauch, Weaver, Millsaps & Co and NAI Rauch, Weaver, Norfleet, Kurtz & Co. where he presided over the company for over 20 years. After his departure in 2010 he formed Rauch Realty Group, and in 2013 teamed up with Stephen A. Heim to form Rauch▪Heim Commercial Real Estate, LLC. In 2018, Mr. Rauch together with Jeffery Burnell and Jason Butler joined together to form DWELL Residential Real Estate, LLC. Professionally, since 1988 he has been a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). As a professional Member of SIOR, Mr. Rauch is dedicated to the practice and maintenance of the highest professional and ethical standards in the industry. In 1999, Mr. Rauch was recognized by the South Florida Business Journal as a finalist in the “Top Real Estate Deals” for that year; a 135-acre land sale valued at 16.4 million dollars. For 2009, 2011, 2013, 2014 and 2017, the CoStar Group, a National Real Estate Information Company, named Mr. Rauch a “Power Broker”, an annual ranking of Broward County’s top Real Estate broker’s. The award is based on dollar and transaction volume, and recognizes brokers who are pushing through challenges, closing deals, and making the region’s real estate engines turn.
